Required Skills:
- 5 years of overall IT experience
- 2 years of hands-on experience with AnyLogic
- Strong experience building simulation models in AnyLogic
- Ability to write Java code within AnyLogic
- Experience translating business requirements into simulation models
- Knowledge of Agent-Based, Discrete Event, and System Dynamics modeling
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop simulation models using AnyLogic
- Model business processes, supply chains, logistics networks, and operational workflows
- Validate and optimize simulation models for accuracy and performance
- Conduct what-if and sensitivity analysis
- Analyze simulation results and provide business insights
- Identify process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Present findings to business and technical stakeholders
