Job Title: IVR Test Engineer

Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
We are seeking an IVR tester with 5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the utilities industry and technical experience in analyzing contact center processes end to end, performing functional and performance testing, and collaborating with teams to optimize workflows and system performance
Have knowledge on various testing methodologies like functional, regression, E2E etc
Have knowledge of AI and experience working with and testing applications for AI
Have knowledge and experience in testing for NLU
Working knowledge on Jira and QC Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports on multiple projects of varying size.
Perform testing on various software, telecom and reporting systems.
Validate that user expectations are achieved during the testing process.
Review user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable.
