Looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect responsible for designing scalable enterprise-grade solutions, translating complex business needs into strategic IT roadmaps and guiding cross-functional teams through design, development and deployment. The role involves data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration and strong governance practices while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Job Description:
Salesforce experience required
10-15 years overall experience

Role Description:
Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business goals
Translate complex business needs into IT solutions and strategic roadmaps
Guide cross-functional teams through design, development and deployment ensuring quality and compliance
Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud
Lead declarative automation and environment management
Promote architecture governance and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
Ensure documentation and testing protocols are followed
Ability to learn and use a variety of open-source technologies and tools
Participate in architecture consulting engagements and support proactive proposals for business growth
Essential Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or equivalent
8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
5 years in Salesforce Architecture
Hands-on experience with data modeling migration multi-cloud integration
Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including APEX Visualforce Lightning LWC and Force.com
Ability to provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle
Strong problem-solving strategic thinking and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Desirable Skills:
Experience driving continuous improvement standardizing processes and methodologies
Ability to assess feasibility complexity and scope of new capabilities and solutions
Experience collaborating with architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure consistent solution design and integration
