Role Description
Cyrus Masonry & Restoration is seeking a full-time Commercial Masonry Estimator / Business Development team member focused on commercial, industrial, municipal, and restoration masonry work.
This is an in-office position focused on finding, tracking, bidding, and helping secure commercial masonry and restoration projects. This is not a residential sales position.
Responsibilities:
• Search and track bid opportunities through BidNet Direct, SAM.gov, BuildingConnected, Procore, property management companies, and general contractors
• Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed
• Coordinate site visits with project managers
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Perform takeoffs and prepare estimates for masonry restoration and commercial masonry projects
• Build relationships with property managers, municipalities, facility managers, and general contractors
• Organize and manage bid schedules and project opportunities
Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years experience in commercial construction estimating
• Masonry or masonry restoration estimating experience REQUIRED
• Must be able to read blueprints and commercial specifications
• Experience with commercial bidding platforms such as BuildingConnected, Procore, BidNet Direct, and SAM.gov strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills required
This position is focused strictly on commercial and restoration masonry work and long-term relationship building within the industry.
Compensation based on experience.
