- Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID resources, including VMs, storage, networking, SharePoint, email, and identity management.
- Manage storage area networks, virtualization infrastructure, and server lifecycle, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Develop, test, and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Refine and optimize Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related IT systems.
- Mentor and provide expert guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 System Administrators.
- Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in budget planning, research new technologies, and recommend solutions to enhance IT performance.
- Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of all systems and data.
