What You'll Do
- Build Meaningful Relationships: Engage members in conversations to understand their financial needs and goals
- Provide Financial Solutions: Recommend and explain accounts, loans, and other financial products tailored to each member
- Educate & Empower: Help members make informed decisions that support their financial well-being
- Deliver Excellent Service: Accurately process transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments
- Be a Trusted Resource: Serve as a reliable point of contact for members by offering guidance, support, and proactive solutions
- Support Member Success: Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and enhance the overall member experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (or work release papers)
- Bilingual: Spanish and English speaking
- Service-Oriented Mindset: Prior customer service or sales experience preferred
- Relationship-Building Skills: Ability to establish trust and create lasting connections
- Strong Communication Skills: Clearly explain products and services with confidence
