You will be responsible for performing a broad variety of member services via a Virtual Teller/Video Chat environment; such as:Checking account balancesTransferring fundsCalculating interestAssist members with bookkeeping and checking account issues and concernsAnswer member questions regarding Credit Union services providedPerform a variety of account maintenanceCross-sells credit union servicesAssists or refers members to the appropriate employees or departments with any and all questions or problems that ariseSupport member video teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency while adhering to all established teller procedures.JOB QUALIFICATIONSAbility to maintain a calm demeanor within challenging situationsExceptional communication, grammar, and mathematics skillsKeen attention to detailAbility to work independently and with a teamTake pride in professionalismMaintain confidentialityOutgoing and welcoming personalitySpanish / English speaking skillsEducation/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. BANKING WORK SCHEDULE FOR A VIRTUAL TELLERThis full-time Virtual Teller position in member services offers a set scheduled shift of: Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with an occasional 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM some Saturdays are required from 8:45 AM to 2:15 PM. You would always have your Saturday evenings and all day Sunday free!
