Cypress Village is recruiting for a hospitality focused Admissions Coordinator to join our team!
Salary: $40k-55k based on Experience and Education
This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on the achievement of established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities and qualifications of an Admissions Coordinator:
Qualifications:
- Skilled admissions experience preferred
- Knowledge of MCR, MCD, and experience with managing care plans
- Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Possess basic clinical knowledge to review and assess referrals
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Tour the community and confidently answer questions related to admissions and processes
- Signing contracts with new residents
- Ensure daily census is complete and accurate
- Build and maintain relationships through marketing with local ALFs and surrounding hospital providers
- Maintain polite and professional telephone etiquette
