We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Client Care Representative (CCR) to join our team. This is a full-time position with a 4-day workweek and no weekends, offering a great work-life balance.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, the CCR plays a vital role in shaping each client’s experience. You’ll help build trust and confidence in our care while keeping the hospital running smoothly day-to-day.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients and their pets, creating a welcoming environment
- Answer phones and manage client communications professionally and efficiently
- Schedule and coordinate appointments
- Guide clients and patients to exam rooms
- Maintain accurate and organized administrative records and forms
- Conduct follow-up calls and connect with prospective clients
- Answer general questions about patient care and services
- Assist with insurance paperwork
- Process payments and transactions
- Keep reception and exam areas clean and presentable
- Manage medical records, reports, and correspondence
