At Cypress Truck Lines, our CDL-A OTR and Regional Flatbed Drivers earn up to $0.62 per mile, enjoy consistent freight year-round, and have the flexibility to stay out 2–3 weeks OTR or be home every other weekend regionally. With significant performance and seniority bonuses, training pay up to $1,000/week, assigned trucks (no slip seating), and APU-equipped sleepers, you’ll get the pay, comfort, and respect you deserve — backed by a company trusted since 1972.

Pay & Bonuses

OTR Pay (per mile):

• 5 yrs: $0.60

• 4 yrs: $0.59

• 3 yrs: $0.58

• 2 yrs: $0.57

• 1 yr: $0.56

• 6–12 mos: $0.54

• 0–6 mos: $0.52

Regional Pay (home every weekend):

• 5 yrs: $0.62

• 4 yrs: $0.61

• 3 yrs: $0.60

• 2 yrs: $0.59

• 1 yr: $0.58

• 0–12 mos: $0.54

Extra Pay & Bonuses:

• Training pay: up to $1,000/week (2–7 weeks)

• Performance bonus: up to $600 quarterly

• Seniority bonus: $500–$2,500 annually

✅ Requirements

• Valid CDL-A, Age 21

• Safe driving record: No DUI in 10 yrs, No felonies in 7 yrs, Max 2 violations in 5 yrs

• No experience required (except Alabama: 6 mos CDL-A required)
