University Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking experienced an Maintenance Assistant/Handyman. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in carpentry, flooring installation and light electrical work. Plumbing and HVAC a plus.

Hours: Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm)

Duties and Responsibilities of Maintenance Assistant/Handyman:

  • Perform maintenance and light repairs
  • Paint and fill gaps
  • Carpentry skills (installation/finish work)
  • Repair equipment or appliances
  • Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs
  • Identify and report maintenance issues
  • Other duties as assigned
