What are the responsibilities and job description for the SUBSTITUTE Head Custodian (Day Shift) position at Cypress School District (TK-6 Elementary)?
Under the general supervision of the site administrator, with input from the Director, Maintenance/Operations, Transportation, and Technology, performs custodial tasks and routine minor maintenance to assigned buildings and adjacent grounds; arranges and assists in maintaining the physical environment required for activities held at the site; and performs other related work as required. Cypress School District is an elementary (TK-6) district in northwestern Orange County, with district boundaries encompassing most of the city of Cypress and small parts of La Palma and Buena Park. We are one of the highest achieving school districts in Orange County, with students consistently exceeding state and national goals.
