Duties
- Operate the beverage cart efficiently along designated course routes, ensuring timely service to guests.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately, including cash handling and credit transactions.
- Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction through friendly recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized cart environment, including food preparation areas and storage compartments.
- Assist with food service customer order management, ensuring orders are fulfilled promptly and correctly.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen equipment operation while maintaining a safe workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or retail sales transactions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately.
- Experience operating kitchen or food industry equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Prior quick service or fast-food restaurant experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and operate a mobile cart across varied terrain.
