Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Server to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender/Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through excellent service, innovative drink preparation, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide outstanding guest relations by engaging with customers, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items, including appetizers and meals that complement beverage offerings.
- Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests.
- Assist in banquet services or catering events as required, providing support in food preparation and serving.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- Stay informed about new products, menu changes, and industry trends to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, with a focus on bartending or restaurant roles.
- Culinary experience is a plus, particularly in food preparation or serving.
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality is essential for creating positive guest relations.
- Experience with banquet services or catering is advantageous for event-based roles.
- Familiarity with coffee preparation is beneficial for establishments that serve coffee beverages.
