What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance position at Cypress Pointe At Lake Orlando?
Duties:
- Perform Cleaning and Blowing maintenance inside and outside of buildings and common area, routine maintenance tasks such as painting and other task as needed.
- Adhere to all maintenance requirement to maintain a safe and functional environment.
-Upkeep of the facility through effective maintenance and report or resolve maintenance issues.
- Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order management.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees, residents and Owners effectively.
