About the Role: At Magnolia Place, we value compassion and dedication. As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, you'll serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training preferred.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist residents and families with inquiries and requests.
- Maintain office cleanliness, organization, and office supplies.
- Assist with mail and email correspondence.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist with special projects.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds.
