What You'll Do
As a Residential Project Manager, you will oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with trade partners and internal teams to develop project plans and timelines
- Manage day-to-day operations of residential construction projects
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Coordinate trade partners and suppliers to support efficient project execution
- Identify and resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Experience in residential project management with completed projects
- Knowledge of residential construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with clients and trade partners
- Experience with CoConstruct or similar software and Microsoft Office
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Associate's degree, technical degree, or equivalent experience preferred
- Hands-on residential construction experience (carpentry, framing, finish work) preferred
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- $65,000 to $80,000 per year (depending on experience)
