This is a full-time on-site Lead Teacher role located in Brooklyn, NY at Cypress Hills Child Care Corporation. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing the curriculum, managing classroom activities, supervising assistant teachers, communicating with parents, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
- Early childhood education experience
- Knowledge of child development and early childhood education best practices
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Experience working with diverse populations and families
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
