Responsibilities
- Designing and developing scalable, production healthcare applications in a team environment
- Developing backend services and modern frontend interfaces with Node.js, React, Python, AWS
- Integrating complex APIs and systems for billing, claims processing, revenue operations
- Architecting and implementing cloud-native solutions, mostly in AWS
- Providing end-to-end ownership of features – technical design, deployment, monitoring
- Making architectural decisions that impact scalability, performance, reliability
- Iterating quickly while maintaining high code quality and system reliability standards
- 5 years of experience in full stack software engineering
- Expertise with Node.js, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React (preferred)
- Expertise with RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, asynchronous programming, distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud-native applications (AWS preferred)
- Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL – query optimization design
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with RCM workflows is preferred – payment processing, billing, claims
- $150K - $200K
