- Team: ADUS Provisioning
- This role is responsible for provisioning enterprise cloud products, reviewing contracts for fulfillment accuracy, managing customer account changes, and ensuring requests are completed within SLA.
- Create new customer accounts for Digital Marketing, Document Cloud, and Creative Cloud customers
- Link solution accounts to cloud organizations
- Enable product features and user access
- Add and remove product context
- Perform product context upgrades, renewals, suspensions, and account terminations
- Review customer contracts to ensure provisioning requests are accurate, supportable, and viable
- Develop and improve provisioning guidelines and work instructions
- Partner with Product Delivery Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management, Marketing, and Program Management teams
- Monitor daily provisioning requests and prioritize workload based on business needs
- Coordinate multiple provisioning requests simultaneously while meeting service level agreements
- Analyze request data and determine appropriate provisioning actions
- Maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards
- Process transfer billing requests and complete billing ID remaps
- Track billing changes and maintain accurate records
- Support exception requests and nonstandard provisioning scenarios
- Represent the organization professionally when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong experience managing multiple workstreams in a fast paced environment
- Ability to review contracts and fulfill provisioning requests accurately
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize workload while meeting SLAs
- Experience maintaining SharePoint data and internal tracking systems is highly preferred
