- Manage the end-to-end process of Marketo program creation, asset localization, execution, and reporting, including working with business stakeholders, creating target segment lists, creating emails, A/B testing and optimization, sending proofs and final emails, ensuring accurate attribution/tracking, and delivering systematic reporting.
- Manage incoming execution requests for digital campaigns supporting global marketing.
- Assist in delivering demand generation campaigns to support the marketing programs.
- Work closely with global and cross-functional team members as well as outside vendors.
- Initiate & manage asset translations.
- Build and manage the full lifecycle of campaigns in Marketo: build, edit, test, launch, report and optimize.
- Provide creative, strategic insight and direction regarding copy and content approaches, call to action and promotional strategies leveraging industry best practices and performance reports.
- Ensure QA standards and protocols are being met prior to campaign launches.
- Track and report on the success of initiatives and communicate those results to internal stakeholders.
- Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns: measure, analyze, and report campaign performance to internal stakeholders. Make recommendations to optimize performance.
- Recommends and implements segmentation best practices.
- Test and refine new marketing approaches to reach and engage key audiences. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Ensure all email campaigns comply with current opt-in laws, industry best practices and are relevant to our target demographic.

- Experience performing testing and QA of email in multiple browsers and clients.
- Experience in project managing and handling high volume intake requests from diverse global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience required.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in Adobe Marketo Engage.
- Expertise with CRM applications such as Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience in creating, managing, deploying and reporting on campaigns.
- Knowledge of privacy, email regulations and best practices.
- Experience with A/B testing and email optimization for conversion and engagement.
- $68.97 per hour.
