- Adobe is seeking a Global Enablement Manager to support the Strategic Partnership Program organization, a highly visible enterprise sales group focused on Adobe’s most complex and transformational deals.
- This role will lead the design, development, and scaling of global sales enablement programs that improve seller effectiveness, onboarding, and strategic deal execution across enterprise field teams. The ideal candidate understands enterprise sales motions, can build learning programs from scratch, and knows how to influence senior stakeholders across large organizations.
- This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Industry Strategists, and Enablement teams to identify skill gaps and deliver scalable learning experiences that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Strategic Partnership Program leadership to understand organizational priorities, sales challenges, and enablement gaps
- Build and manage onboarding programs for new strategic sellers, including content improvements and facilitator readiness
- Develop scalable learning programs focused on transformational enterprise sales motions
- Create and maintain enablement content repositories for GTM knowledge, sales skills, and strategic deal methodology
- Partner with enablement and operations teams to improve adoption, communication, and long-term behavior change
- Collaborate with SMEs and instructional design teams to create high-quality learning experiences across virtual, on-demand, and live formats
- Define KPIs and measure enablement effectiveness through engagement metrics, feedback, and seller performance outcomes
- Help scale strategic selling knowledge across broader enterprise sales organizations
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in sales enablement, enterprise sales, pre-sales, or cross-functional program management
- Strong background building and managing enablement or learning programs end-to-end
- Experience supporting enterprise technology sales organizations
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with curriculum development, instructional design, or learning strategy
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving and ambiguous environments
- Comfortable leveraging AI and enablement technologies to improve learning delivery and scale
- Experience supporting strategic or transformational enterprise sales teams
- Background within large enterprise SaaS or technology organizations
- Experience developing onboarding and global learning frameworks
- Familiarity with enterprise GTM motions and sales methodologies
- Pay rate: Up to $70.00 per hour
