Description
- The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to team and functional leaders, including managing schedules and taking ownership of workstreams, function-wide events, and cross-team coordination.
- Work is proactive and anticipatory, focused on improving efficiency, streamlining workflows, and contributing to function-wide initiatives. The Executive Assistant works with minimal guidance, exercises sound judgment in navigating complex situations, and begins influencing how work is organized beyond their own scope.

- Planning & Execution: Helps plan and execute team and/or function-wide events; manages team building and recognition activities. Proficient with travel and expense tools and prepares itineraries.
- Data Collection & Reporting: Organizes and manages team and/or function-level information and resources; ensures data accuracy and accessibility.
- 6 years of progressive administrative experience, including support of Director and/or VP-level executives.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar productivity tools.
- Experience with budget tracking and expense management tools.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to support daily tasks, or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and to operate independently with minimal guidance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across functions and work collaboratively.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and work proactively.
- Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality using sound judgment.
