Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the re-contracting process for existing Frame.io customers, transitioning them to Adobe’s contract structure with clear guidance and communication.
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline the re-contracting process, minimizing customer disruption and enhancing satisfaction.
- Manage the end-to-end annual renewal cycle for a portfolio of small and mid-sized business (SMB) customers.
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities within existing SMB accounts in collaboration with Customer Success team.
- Guide customers through complex contracting processes, including approvals and procurement workflows with Deal Desk teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and renewal pipeline in the CRM (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Success, and Sales Operations teams to ensure contract accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers throughout the contract lifecycle, clearly communicating key dates, deliverables, and next steps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 3 years of experience in contract management, account management, or sales operations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems—Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience managing complex contracting processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to guide customers through operational processes with clarity and professionalism.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in or with SaaS companies is a plus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
Compensation:
- Up to $41.00 per hour.
