Analyst
Responsibilities:
- RMS (Viacom Financial System) new build testing.
- PRISM 2.0 post conversion holdback data cleanup to ensure accurate avails are being produced for the sales team (DMS did not properly capture nuanced holdbacks which could result in lost sales opportunities or licensing in a manner that creates a contractual violation).
- PRISM 2.0 post conversion payment cleanup.
- PRISM 2.0 license data cleanup for sales history purposes to ensure Sales is able to properly benchmark against historical sales.
- Upload backlogged executed documents into PRISM 2.0.
- Is specific industry experience required? No, but preferable.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of professional experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; maybe some exposure to macros)
- Experience with data entry and tracking systems—ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
- Highly organized, Good communication, Multi-Tasking, Data Entry
- Exposure to contractual data or rights/license management is a plus (even from internships or academic projects)
Compensation:
- Up to $22.60/hr. (W2)
