Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Operate cash registers, process payments accurately, and manage tabs for customers.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive guest interactions.
- Knowledge of fine dining standards and cocktail preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and processing transactions accurately.
- Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role.
- Must be at least 21 years of age as per legal requirements for serving alcohol.
