Real Estate Executive Assistant

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a top-producing real estate professional managing a busy book of listings, clients, and transactions. This role keeps deals, schedules, and client relationships running smoothly behind the scenes.

This is a career support role, not a training ground for agents — we're looking for someone who wants to build expertise on the operations/support side of real estate long-term.

• Experience with DocuSign/dotloop or similar e-signature/transaction software

• Familiarity with the local MLS system and market

• $45,000 based on experience

• License and MLS/association dues covered by brokerage

$50,000 - $57,000 based on experience

• Manage the executive's calendar: showings, listing appointments, closings, client meetings

• Coordinate and track transactions from contract to close — deadlines, contingencies, paperwork

• Prepare, review, and organize listing agreements, contracts, and disclosures

• Liaise with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other agents

• Maintain and update CRM (e.g., Follow Up Boss, kvCORE, Lofty, Chime) with leads and client info

• Coordinate marketing tasks: scheduling photography/staging, updating listing sites, social media posts

• Manage MLS listings — inputting, updating, and ensuring accuracy

• Handle correspondence, scheduling, and travel arrangements

• Prepare closing gifts, welcome packets, or client appreciation touches

• Handle confidential financial and client information with discretion

• Answer phones

• Active Louisiana real estate license required

• Not seeking a path to becoming a producing agent — this is a long-term support role, not a stepping stone to sales

• Understanding of contracts, disclosures, and transaction timelines from license training

• 2 years of experience as an EA or transaction coordinator, ideally in real estate

• Experience with MLS and CRM platforms

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills; comfortable juggling multiple deals at once
