- Bachelor’s degree (Degreed Substitute Teacher) OR 48 college credit hours from a recognized, accredited college or university (Non-Degreed Substitute Teacher - not eligible for long-term assignments); (If you have a foreign transcript, it must be evaluated by a TEA approved credential evaluation agency.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to instruct students and manage their behavior.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Flexible and able to adjust daily routine.
- Demonstrate a professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand the English language.
