- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years of administrative secretarial experience; experience in public education settings preferred.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task numerous complex administrative activities, work collaboratively, and manage time with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Outlook 365, Google Suite; skilled in the use of graphics, charts, tables, spreadsheets, and word processing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required including record keeping, filing, organization of office procedures and general office management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.
- Experience with bookkeeping and maintaining budgets.
- Preference will be given to District Employees.

Essential Functions
- Prepare correspondence, forms, and department publications.
- Process purchase orders, maintain ledger sheets, and reconcile budget reports for multiple department accounts and for the Instructional Technology bond; coordinate with distributors as needed for the Instructional Technology bond.
- Coordinate with the Director of Instructional Technology and curriculum software vendors to create and maintain the Instructional Materials Allotment spreadsheet and process software purchases.
- Process iSupport tickets and route them to the appropriate person for resolution.
- Collaborate with Tech Services Asset Management to assign classroom technology equipment.
- Manage the director’s calendar, mail, and phone correspondence.
- Prepare agendas and materials needed for meetings and staff development sessions.
- Provide admin support for the Digital Learning Conference and Edtech Live.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director.
