Cypress Engine Accessories, a rapidly growing Industrial Engine Instrumentation, Controls and Service company is looking for a Facility Manager to help our company support the surrounding markets for our Cypress, Texas location.
The Facility Manager oversees inventory control, planning, sales growth, and shipping/receiving operations with a focus on best practices, quality, profitability, and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for the overall management and operational performance of the branch territory, including accountability for branch sales goals, budgets, and profit/loss performance. Responsibilities also include, but are not limited to: Inside Sales, Outside Sales Support and Territory Growth, Field Service Project Support, Sales Transactions (processing internal and external customer requests), Asset Management, Customer Service, and overall branch operational support.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operations (Overall Office Organization: Day-to-Day Operations, Invoicing, Sales Support, Customer Support, Branch-to-Branch Reporting/Communications, etc.)
- Maximizes Office Productivity through Proficient Use of Appropriate Software Applications (QuickBooks, SOS Inventory, CRM, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, communication and collaboration skills.
- Shipping/Receiving Responsibilities (Lifting required)
- Inventory Control & Reporting (Asset Management)
- Perform Additional Duties as Assigned
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years Relevant Work Experience.
- Knowledge of natural gas engines and compressors a plus.
