The ideal candidate is a high school graduate with above-average mechanical skills, a willingness to learn, solid communication skills, and a safety-first mindset. Prior construction experience is desirable but not required.
The Apprentice works under the direction of the Lead Installer to learn and increase skills in installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining voice, security and/or data cabling.

Must be able to work at heights, on a ladder and in confined spaces.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 75 pounds.
Must be able to travel within the state and southwest region as needed.
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency.
Must have a valid NM driver's license.
Must be able to procure your own basic tools for communications installation.
Must be able to see and distinguish different colors and read small print.
