Location: Cypress Restaurant at the Atticus Hotel – McMinnville, Oregon

We serve a seasonally driven menu that blends Mediterranean flavors with Pacific Northwest ingredients, all in an inviting space designed for memorable dining experiences. Whether it’s a casual evening out or a special celebration, we aim to provide guests with exceptional hospitality in a refined yet relaxed setting.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced, enthusiastic Bartenders who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating genuine connections with guests and can step into floor servers when needed. You should bring poise, a strong work ethic, and a love for great food and wine. Experience in upscale casual or fine dining is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide warm, knowledgeable service to all guests
- Guide guests through our seasonal menu, curated wine list and craft cocktails
- Manage timing and flow of service with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and beverage director
- Ensure a clean and well-prepared bar and dining area
- Accurately handle payments and operate POS systems
What You Bring:
- 3 years of bartending and serving experience in an upscale table service establishment
- The ability to work fast, precise, clean and organized
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of cocktails, wine and food pairings
- A polished, professional presence and positive attitude
- OLCC and Oregon Food Handler’s certification.
