Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities maintenance, mechanical knowledge, and a strong focus on customer service.
Duties:
- Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work
- Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues
- Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or residents
Requirements:
- Must have valid driver's license
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance and repair
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents and staff
- Leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of building repairs and proper usage of tools.
