- Project Leadership: Own end-to-end project delivery for complex implementations, including Geneva® and Investran system upgrades, data migration projects, and workflow automation initiatives
- System Implementation & Optimization: Lead technical implementations for portfolio accounting systems, including system configuration, testing protocols, UAT coordination, and go-live support
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Conduct comprehensive operational assessments, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions that enhance middle and back-office functionality; execute business efficiency solutions that reduce operational overhead and improve data accuracy for clients
- Technology Transformations: Manage end-to-end technology transformations, including enterprise project management and reconciliation tool rollouts for global PE firms
- Team Development: Mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing technical guidance and professional development support
- Client Advisory: Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-level executives on operational best practices, technology roadmaps, and business process optimization
- Complex Problem Solving: Navigate multi-faceted challenges across diverse asset classes including private credit, CLOs, hybrid strategies, and traditional hedge fund portfolios
