What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Consultant position at Cyperus Group LLC?
Our client is seeking a professional with deep experience supporting FIS’ Hedge Fund Portfolio Manager (VPM). This role is ideal for someone who understands the platform from a technical perspective and can support top‑tier financial firms as they onboard or migrate on and off of VPM.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in hedge fund operations, fund administration, financial consulting, or related alternative investment roles with a technology focus
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year university (preferred majors: accounting, analytics, business management, economics, information systems, finance)
- Proven expertise with the VPM platform, including implementations, upgrades, and optimization projects
- Strong knowledge of middle and back‑office operations for alternative asset managers (portfolio accounting, reconciliations, workflows)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
