Prestigious Financial services firm is looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, focused, and organized individual who will be responsible for providing accurate and timely information to investors. The Investor Services team collaborates with the Investment Team, Global Fund Finance, Tax, and Legal & Compliance, as necessary. The role will have direct exposure to senior members of the Senior Management and Investment teams as well as the Global Institutional Client Solutions team (Global ICS) to coordinate responses to investor inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

• Collecting, monitoring, and maintaining LP subscription documents for new fundraises and coordinating with appropriate Blackstone teams and outside counsel to facilitate acceptance
• Serving as primary point of contact for investor onboarding inquiries
• Recording and maintaining investor records in systems and populating LP reference data
• Monitoring Investor Services mailbox and phone line, validating requests to ensure authenticity and security, and coordinating across teams to address and respond to investors in a timely manner
• Coordinate responses to certain investor inquiries with Partners, Management and Investment teams as well as Global ICS
• Partner with internal teams to ensure investor-facing documents are accurate, consistent, and aligned with firm standards, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality communication to stakeholders
• Assist the Publishing team with posting all LP communications—including capital call notices, distribution notices, quarterly PCAPs, and financial statements—to investor portal, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery
