Equity Operations – Listed Clearing (VP / Director Level)

We are recruiting experienced operations professionals to join an international bank’s Global Markets Operations group, supporting the listed‑clearing and post‑trade functions for US equities, listed options, and stock‑borrow/loan activity. These roles sit within a high‑visibility team responsible for traditional back‑office operations including DTC cash equity, Stok Borrow Loan (US and foreign), OCC options clearing, and equity tri‑party.
Responsibilities include trade executions, allocations, confirmations, post‑trade matching, affirmations, comparisons, settlement completion, fail tracking, cash and position reconciliations, margin management, exposure reconciliation, and monitoring OCC activity including CMTA flow and exercises/assignments. Both levels will contribute to process re‑engineering, automation, and system enhancements across front‑office, risk, compliance, finance, and technology stakeholders.
Candidates should bring strong US capital‑markets back‑office experience, hands‑on knowledge of listed‑product clearing, and comfort managing vendor/BPO relationships. Experience with DTC, OCC, tri‑party, clearing utilities, data‑warehouse reporting, and Business Objects is preferred. Leadership responsibilities include workflow oversight, staff development, exception management, and maintaining a strong control environment.
Series 99 is required for these roles; candidates may sit for the exam after joining.
We are considering VP and Director‑level professionals with 10–15 years of brokerage or listed‑clearing operations experience and strong communication skills suited for cross‑functional engagement.
Salary : $150,000 - $250,000
