In this role, you will support customers throughout their shopping experience, provide product guidance, resolve issues, and help ensure brand delivers exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Provide expert product knowledge about our accessories, including materials, sizing, care instructions, and styling suggestions.
- Process orders, exchanges, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot order issues such as shipping delays, missing items, or damaged products.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
- Will handle answering main phone and meeting and greeting clients
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or customer interface (retail, etc)
