Contract Administrator

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Contract Administrator to manage and oversee all phases of government contract administration. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while supporting proposal development, contract negotiations, modifications, and closeouts. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS), experience with government contracts, and the ability to work across departments to support project execution and contract compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Shall respond to Government requests for contractual actions promptly and take immediate action to correct.
• Serve as the point of contact for all contract-related communications with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure contract documents are properly maintained and stored.
• Collaborate with accounting and project teams on invoice review and cost compliance.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal contracting policies and templates

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Contract Management or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in contract administration, preferably with federal government contracts.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Must pass background check and meet VA Medical Center clearance requirements.
