As a Night Shift Crew Member, you'll be responsible for preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, operating POS systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our quick service restaurant during nighttime hours. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties, with attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols.
• Assist in food handling, stocking supplies, and managing food storage to ensure freshness and safety.
• Support team members during busy periods by managing multiple tasks such as food prep, cashiering, and food delivery within the restaurant or café setting.

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation or working in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous.
• Strong background in food service, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
• Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is essential.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality customer service.
• Restaurant experience involving serving customers, bussing tables, or working in a café or grocery store setting is beneficial.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management are required.
