We are seeking a highly experienced Java Developer 10 years with strong expertise in Trading Hub platforms Capital Markets and Electronic Trading systems The ideal candidate will have handson experience in designing and developing highperformance trading applications integrating market data feeds order management systems and realtime eventdriven architectures using modern Java technologies
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and support Trading Hub applications for equities fixed income FX derivatives and posttrade processing
- Build scalable, low-latency, high-throughput applications using Java Spring Boot and Microservices
- Develop integrations with OMS EMS market data providers pricing engines and downstream settlement platforms
- Implement realtime messaging and streaming solutions using Kafka JMS and eventdriven architecture
- Participate in architecture design code reviews performance tuning and production support activities
- Collaborate with traders business analysts product owners and operations teams to deliver trading solutions
- Lead technical discussions mentor junior developers and drive engineering best practices
Required Skill
10 years of handson experience in JavaJ2EE development
Strong expertise in Core Java Multithreading Concurrency Collections and Performance Optimization
Experience with Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs Hibernate JPA
Strong knowledge of Kafka JMS MQ and distributed systems
Experience with OraclePostgreSQL and database performance tuning
Handson experience with CICD Git Jenkins Docker Kubernetes and cloud platforms AWSAzure
Strong understanding of AgileScrum methodologies
Trading Domain Expertise
Strong knowledge of Trading Hub platforms and Capital Markets
Experience with Order Lifecycle Management Trade Capture Trade Validation Allocation Settlement and Clearing
Understanding of Market Data FIX Protocol OMSEMS Risk and Compliance workflows
Knowledge of Equities FX Fixed Income Derivatives and Electronic Trading platforms
Exposure to lowlatency trading and realtime market systems is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading distributed development teams
Knowledge of cloudnative architectures and observability tools Splunk Grafana AppDynamics
Capital Markets or Trading related certifications preferred
