The position requires expertise in HR systems, Workday, integrations with enterprise systems, and experience across industrial manufacturing operations.Requirement/Must Have:Industrial manufacturing experience.Domain experience in HR and Legal systems such as ADP, Payroll, Kronos, and Workday HR Systems.Workday implementation experience preferred.Experience integrating with enterprise systems including SAP ERP and HR systems.Ability to build effective business relationships for corporate functions.Experience driving thought leadership and business/IT strategy.Experience with integrated operating systems.Key experience within industrial manufacturing.Experience across application management, IT management, incident management, and transformation management.Ability to manage and engage with clients and stakeholders.Experience working on business-side operations and internal business functions.Experience handling large portfolios.Experience with global trade is preferred.Deep and broad experience across the listed domains in industrial or high-tech manufacturing organizations.Expertise in consulting across talent acquisition, time and attendance, performance management, compensation and benefits, and payroll.Experience with large HR platforms such as SuccessFactors or Workday.Workday implementation experience preferred.Experience designing and building solutions in HR subdomains for major industrial companies.Experience working in technology consulting or technology transformation initiatives as a lead.Strong sales acumen with ability to structure impactful client solutions.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly at an executive level, with strong presentation skills.Knowledge of emerging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, NLP, cognitive computing, AR/VR, and analytics.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.Expertise in consulting engagements involving process reengineering, product assessments, benchmarking, process monitoring, value management, and business case creation.Experience:Experience leading HR and Legal systems in industrial manufacturing.Experience with cross-domain transformation programs.Experience managing complex portfolios and delivering on business and IT objectives.Experience with integrated operating systems and enterprise-level workflows.Responsibilities:Provide industry-specific domain sales support by identifying, developing, and executing targeted sales opportunities.Support the sales organization with account penetration strategies and participate in all stages of the sales engagement.Develop industry-specific strategy and value propositions, identify trends and disruptions, and articulate business solutions at the executive level.Identify what to sell, how to sell, and any gaps in existing offerings that need reinforcement.Publish industry articles and white papers, and speak at internal and external industry events.Manage consulting engagement delivery, establish deliverables, oversee execution, and ensure alignment with the statement of work.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership.Collaborate with sales, sales management, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective positioning of consulting services.Should Have:Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and advanced analytics.Strong conceptual thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.Skills:Executive-level communication skills.Strong analytical, quantitative, and consulting skills.Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.Strong business acumen and leadership skills.Ability to manage complex programs and transformations.Qualification And Education:Relevant qualifications in business, technology, or related fields with extensive experience in HR and industrial manufacturing domains.
