Job Description:
- Responsible for leading the end-to-end integration strategy and execution for the client s transition from a legacy finance system to Workday Finance.
- Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, and developers to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant integration solutions.
- Lead the design and delivery of Workday Finance integrations.
- Define integration architecture and standards.
- Manage inbound and outbound interfaces and data flows.
- Collaborate with functional teams to define data requirements.
- Oversee data mapping and error handling.
- Ensure compliance with Workday and client policies.
- Coordinate testing and cutover activities.
- Mentor integration developers.
- Workday Finance certification.
- Workday Core Finance Integration.
- Workday Studio.
- Workday Extend.
- Strong grasp of data conversion and error handling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 8 years of Workday integration experience.
- 3 years of Workday Finance integration experience.
- 3 years as an Integration Lead or Architect.
- Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Experience with middleware platforms.
- Workday Cloud Platform (Extend).
- Document Transformation (DT).
- Integration System User (ISU).
- Workday Report Writer.
- Workday Prism Analytics.
- Workday Financials Connectors.
