Requirement/Must Have:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- 12 years of program management experience.
- 8 years of hands-on experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs with engineering teams.
- Deep domain expertise in financial services, banking, FinTech, or regulated environments.
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with Agile scaling frameworks such as SAFe.
- Proven experience leading technical programs from inception through delivery and adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing program risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
- Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive program decisions and outcomes.
Experience:
- Experience delivering large-scale technical programs in financial services environments.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Define and maintain program plans, roadmaps, schedules, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver scalable and customer-focused solutions.
- Drive technical delivery by identifying risks, dependencies, and solution alternatives.
- Manage issue escalation processes and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.
- Influence platform and product strategy through technical insights and platform-first approaches.
- Develop and execute program governance frameworks and decision-making processes.
- Establish, track, and report KPIs and program health metrics.
- Partner with senior leadership to align program strategies and organizational objectives.
- Contribute to Program Management Center of Excellence initiatives, including process improvements and portfolio management.
- Support leadership communications, reporting, and strategic planning activities.
- Ensure successful program delivery through disciplined execution and stakeholder alignment.
Should Have:
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in captive auto finance, mobility services, or lending platforms.
- Knowledge of loan origination, loan servicing, payment processing, or collections platforms.
- Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and product launch support.
- Knowledge of modern software development practices and platform engineering.
- Experience with reusable services, platform solutions, or SDK development.
