The individual will ensure alignment with organizational goals, drive governance, manage resources, and deliver successful outcomes across multiple teams.Requirement/Must Have:Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.12 years of experience in program or project management focused on technical programs.Proven experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.Strong proficiency with Agile methodologies.Deep familiarity with project/program management tools, metrics, and best practices.Experience:Extensive experience leading cross-team and cross-functional initiatives.Experience working with engineering teams and managing technical program roadmaps.Background in stakeholder management and executive communication.Responsibilities:Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives by partnering with engineering managers and teams.Manage technical programs requiring collaboration across multiple groups.Oversee complete program lifecycle with ownership and accountability.Track progress, resolve dependencies, mitigate risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.Set up governance, track timelines and milestones, and ensure adherence to standards.Manage changes to scope, schedule, and resources while aligning stakeholders.Forecast and manage budgets and resources.Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across technical and operational domains.Build strong partnerships with engineering, product, and program stakeholders.Provide regular updates, status reviews, and organizational communications.Communicate upcoming changes and program value propositions.Interface with various internal teams, including senior leadership.Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Create project documentation including business cases, project charters, plans, and matrices.Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions.Should Have:Ability to motivate project teams to achieve challenging goals.Strong ability to influence and communicate with senior leadership.Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Experience with Agile tools and project management technologies.Qualification And Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.Equivalent experience may be considered.
