Job Description:
Pay Range: $64.96hr - $68.96hr
- Drive the systems and tools execution supporting central programs and strategies for the supply business.
- Partner across teams to define and implement key support systems and processes.
- Manage the technical work portfolio, support cross-functional needs, and provide clear communication and visibility on progress.
- Drive execution and operationalization of systems and tools supporting central programs and strategies.
- Communicate program progress and roadmap clearly.
- Partner with operations and field teams to define support systems and processes needed to meet business growth.
- Support sales and business teams with technical implementations aligned to their strategy.
- Manage the portfolio of technical work and collaborate with internal teams and tool vendors to execute the roadmap.
- Prioritize requests and requirements to support company and field goals.
- Provide visibility into project roadmaps and escalate issues when required.
- Partner with appropriate teams to manage data, insights and reporting from systems and tools.
- Knowledge of systems such as Gong, MixMax, Salesforce and general GTM technologies.
- Proficient in Salesforce, Excel and GSuite.
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in sales enablement or operations roles.
- Proven success managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Strong strategic and critical-thinking abilities.
- Ability to translate strategy into execution across multiple teams.
- Experience across the customer lifecycle with pre-sales, sales and customer success teams.
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Strong business acumen with ability to build relationships across the organization.
- Strong team player with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
