Solution Architect

Requirement/Must Have:

• Experience with ICD and ICM.
• Expertise in UML-based analysis and design using tools such as Rational Rose or Together.
• Strong experience in object-oriented design and development using Java technology stack.
• Experience in designing business rules and workflow engines.
• Ability to create high-level and low-level design documents.
• Experience in leading requirement gathering sessions and understanding business processes.
• Strong understanding of frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience working with databases and a strong understanding of RDBMS concepts.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in solution architecture, design, and application development.
• Experience leading teams for implementation of solution architecture.
• Experience in estimation methodologies and project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Design solution architecture for projects aligned with business goals.
• Lead requirement gathering sessions with clients.
• Develop architecture and design across multiple applications or product families.
• Lead implementation of product solutions.
• Support project execution from both solution and technology perspectives.
• Prepare and review project estimations.
• Support presales activities and quality control processes.
• Guide and mentor development teams in implementing architectural solutions.

Should Have:

• Experience in performance tuning of applications.
• Exposure to design frameworks and automation tools.
• Understanding of accounting, commerce, or finance principles.
• Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Experience managing teams of 10 12 resources.

Qualification and Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
