Job Description: Pay Range: $40.98hr - $45.98hrThis role supports inventory flow, supply chain operations, and new product introductions by executing inventory movements, supporting supply plans, developing visibility tools, and collaborating across cross-functional teams.The position requires strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in SAP, and the ability to work effectively across complex supply chain environments. Requirement/Must Have:Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in planning, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related function.Ability to navigate business complexities and communicate effectively across functional areas.Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables.Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to draw insights from data.Ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate across teams and organizational boundaries.Ability to identify and implement process improvements.Understanding of external supply chain trends.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives in rapidly changing environments. Experience:Relevant work experience in planning, operations, logistics, or supply chain (minimum 2 years).Industry experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical preferred.Experience with analytical tools, scenario analysis, S&OP processes, or planning systems (APO/OMP/SAP) preferred. Responsibilities:Perform inventory movement transactions of finished goods, bulk, intermediates, APIs, or packaging components across multiple SAP platforms and supplier portals.Support execution of supply plans, including new product launches.Develop supply chain visibility tools for inventory tracking and timeline monitoring.Participate in cross-functional meetings to support new product introductions, business system testing, purchase order monitoring, and related activities.Collaborate with planners, master data teams, finance, procurement, QA/QC, launch management, IT, and other cross-functional partners.Strengthen processes to support inventory flow for new product launchesSupport S&OP and business planning teams.Lead or participate in improvement projects, IMT discussions, or critical issue resolutions.Assess and enhance analytical capabilities for streamlined metric reportingServe as a role model for Credo-based decision-making and represent external planning on global or cross-team initiatives.Support adherence to supply chain metrics including OTIF, SLOB, inventory targets, demand order coverage, stock management, and on-time launch metrics. Should Have:Experience with analytical tools, scenario analysis, S&OP, or planning systems (APO/OMP/SAP).Pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry background.
