Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 7 to 12 years in Customer Communications Management (CCM) using SmartComm (Thunderhead).
- Strong skills in JavaScript, XML, XSLT, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Hands-on knowledge of SmartComm modules like Data Modeler, Draft Editor, and Review Now.
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Guide offshore developers, check code quality, and assign tasks.
- Create reusable digital forms and letters using tools like the Advanced Template Designer.
- Connect form fields to data using formats like XML, JSON, and XPath.
- Link SmartComm with larger systems like Guidewire or Salesforce via APIs.
- Test templates to make sure customer letters, policies, and bills are accurate and compliant.
