Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- 9 years of experience in Quality Assurance with expertise in both Manual and Automation Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium Automation Testing.
- Expertise in Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
- Strong experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Hands-on experience in API/Service Testing (REST & SOAP) using Postman and SoapUI.
- Experience validating frontend and backend applications.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and QA best practices.
- Experience using JIRA or similar defect management tools.
- Basic SQL and database validation skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
- Perform Manual and Automated Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and End-to-End testing.
- Create, review, and execute detailed test cases, test scenarios, test data, and test documentation.
- Validate frontend (UI) and backend (API/Service) functionalities across applications.
- Conduct API and Service Testing using Postman and SoapUI for REST and SOAP services.
- Verify API requests, responses, authentication, business rules, and data integrity.
- Identify, document, prioritize, track, and validate defects through resolution.
- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting.
- Contribute to automation framework enhancements and QA best practices.
- Support UAT, release validation, and production testing activities.
- Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide technical guidance.
Nice to Have:
